Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kaakun Discovery | Official Store. Please read this policy carefully, as it applies differently to physical merchandise and digital products.

Digital Products (Photo Downloads)

All sales of digital products, including downloadable photo files, are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on digital purchases, as the files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (such as a corrupted file or a failed delivery), please contact us at kaakun.discovery@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Physical Merchandise (Print-on-Demand Items)

Our physical merchandise is produced on-demand by our fulfillment partner, Gelato. Because each item is made specifically for your order, please review the following policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and unaltered.

• With original tags attached.

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital products (photo downloads) — all sales are final.

• Custom or personalized items — as our merchandise is produced on-demand to your order, it is considered a custom product and is generally not eligible for return unless it arrives defective or damaged.

• Sale items and gift cards.

If you have questions about whether your specific item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Damages and Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at kaakun.discovery@gmail.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work to make it right, including offering a replacement or refund as appropriate.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at kaakun.discovery@gmail.com. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: this right does not apply to digital products (such as photo downloads) once the download has been initiated and you have consented to the immediate delivery of the digital content, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible under this policy) and, once the return is accepted, place a new separate order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at kaakun.discovery@gmail.com.
